The Power Ball is a must for any office environment, probably the most fun any of us have ever had at work....even the boss was addicted the very first day. The hum of the power ball, the strain on your co-workers face, the "I can beat you" attitude, the thought that you can win two free Power Balls if you just get a little more, nothing can beat this to help break up those long days at work. Well, had my powerball delivered from firebox, but it was acting quite strange, wouldn•t spin as good as it was supposed to, after a while it was impossible to make the ball spin sideways. Contacted the company (RPM Sports /powerball) and got instructions how to thake the unit apart. Unfortnatly the plastic case cracked! In a state of panic i contacted the company again and a person named Rory helped me out, actually sent me a brand new casing, since i changed tha casing the Powerball works even better then when it was brand new! This was actually my first purchase of anything using the Internet! However, I was very impressed with the speed and quality of the responses that I received. I knew exactly where my order was up to. I purchased the product primarily for my wife who suffers from Carpel Tunnel Syndrome. She's not used the product as much as I have - and we've had some fun at work 'playing' at the usual macho stuff! Many thanks for the powerball, I've been using it now for a couple of months and it's definitely improved my golf game. I can hit the ball further (about 50 yards further!) and a lot straighter than I ever have done. It's also knocked about 5-10 shots off my score due to increased length and not hitting out of bounds so often! My top score is nothing special at the moment although my house mate is getting there with a score of about 11900 don't think either of us will be challenging the top 30 yet. I'm very pleased with this little wonder. already got up to 10220 RPM's, now comes the slow path of building up strength to powerball even faster. after a month of use of the powerball I noticed how everything in my hands feels lighter than before. not to mention the fun I have with it by building up a strong arm and annoying my friends with the spinning noise :) ...Matthias Vandegaer, Belgium
