Once i got the hang of it i could not put it down.I have nerve damage in my shoulder and hand so i am hoping this will help stimulate the wasting muscles,i am already feeling burning in my dead shoulder muscles so thats a good sign.One thing i did was to put stick on rubber around the rpm counter and the other end as it was getting painful holding the ball this has made it alot better to hold.
