i thought there was only one sure fire way of increasing my right arm strength, but i was proved wrong. although the powerball isn't as stimulating as my original arm exercises its great fun and CAN be played with in PUBLIC places without getting arrested. I just received my Powerball a few days ago for Christmas. I have found it so hard to put down since. It is so small and simple in looks, but once it's going, it's so amazing. It is so hard to believe that a rotor is capable of spinning such speeds without a motor. Its also unbelieveable that a small device can work your wrist, arm, and shoulders so well. After a colleague at work brought one of these in and i had a few go's i just couldn't resist ordering one. I'll admit, getting them going for the first time does take some getting used to, but within 10 minutes (well it can't of been much more on a 15 minute break) i was up to 8.5k rpm. Not much by the standards on the scoreboard, but in 10 mins i don't think its bad, just imagine what i'll be like when mine arrives later in the week! I have to say, from a physical stand point (rather than the "oh my god this is fun" side) these definately let you feel the burn. Even with just 10 minutes of use, my arm was aching something rotten (the screams of "this is fun" soon turned to "OWWWWW" - apologies to any customers on the phones at this time). This powerball is the best way to exercise because it is fun. I'm a avid video gamer and when my hands cramp from hours of xbox live, the powerball works the stiffness out.
