What are the shipping options?
During the order procedure, you will generally have had 3 shipping options available - regular, priority or TNT - and we would like to offer more insight to how these work and the kind of timeframes you can expect from the moment your order hits our screens.
Generally, we will ship from Monday to Friday (with the exception of National holidays) and can pretty much guarantee you that should the order arrive to our screens before 12.00hr GMT (on a normal working day) it will be packed and shipped that same day.
If you are based in Europe and have specified normal mail delivery, you can therefore expect the package to arrive as follows:

United States of America
We use a Priority business mail service (IBMS) with an expected delivery time of between 4-7 business days depending on state
Canada / Asia & Pacific Rim
We ship using regular or Priority mail. Due to the distance involved, we recommend that you specify a Priority service which will generally see your package arriving in about 4-7 business days after it leaves our warehouse. (In the event that your order is for a large number of NSD Powerballs, we usually elect to send it by registered priority mail at no additional charge to ensure its safe arrival.)
Please note that we do not ship to P/O boxes as we have encountered difficulties sending orders to these [addresses] in the past.
Likewise, we prefer not to deliver to APO / army bases for the same reasons.
Courier services
Our business mail services (regular & priority) are competitively priced and offer excellent value for money in terms of their delivery timeframes and overall efficiency.
However, from time to time, you may have a requirement where you need to receive your new purchase in a more timely fashion (ie. 1-2 days).
In such cases, we can offer a tracked Global Priority delivery service from TNT at a very competitive rate to ensure that your deadlines are met or exceeded.
Finally, and while we make every effort to ensure that you are united with your purchases in the fastest possible time, we would like to point out that delays in the regular business postal service times listed above can still occur from time to time (albeit quite rarely). In such cases, we would ask you to please be patient with us and know that we are always on hand to address any queries or concerns that you might have with any such "late arrivals".
